1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Telegram Radar service (hereinafter - "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Telegram Radar is a service for automatic monitoring of Telegram channels, filtering messages by keywords and automatic publication to specified channels. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties.

3. Registration and Account

To use the Service, you must:

  • Have an active Telegram account
  • Start working with the bot @radar_telegram_bot
  • Follow the bot's instructions to set up monitoring

You are responsible for maintaining access to your Telegram account and for all actions taken using your account.

4. Usage Rules

When using the Service, it is prohibited to:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Violate intellectual property rights of third parties
  • Distribute spam, malware or content that violates the rights of others
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt or bypass Service limitations
  • Use the Service to monitor content without consent of channel owners (where required)
  • Violate Telegram usage rules

5. Pricing and Payment

The Service is provided under various pricing plans:

  • Free plan - provided forever with limited functionality
  • Paid plans - paid through Telegram Stars on a monthly basis
  • Payment is made in advance for the selected period
  • Refunds are not provided, except in cases of technical failures

6. Liability Limitations

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous and error-free operation of the Service
  • Absence of delays in message processing
  • Availability of all channels for monitoring
  • 100% accuracy of keyword filtering

We are not responsible for content published through the Service and for the consequences of its use.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Service, including design, software, logos and trademarks, belong to Telegram Radar. You do not have the right to copy, modify or distribute Service materials without written permission.

8. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service in case of:

  • Violation of these Terms of Use
  • Non-payment of paid plan
  • Technical work or force majeure circumstances
  • Violation of Telegram usage rules

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Telegram bot or on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes means your agreement with the new terms.
